Ottawa will be hosting it's first Accessibility Unconference in Decmeber. This will be our first event of this kind and we will be bringing together developers, usability professionals, web designers, other IT professionals and end-users with disabilities together in an informal, non-threatening environment to learn from each other and to promote universal design of and accessibility to IT.

Next meeting is set for 4pm at the Preston Street Heart and Crown (Snug Pub), Ottawa on March 1st, 2011.
The agenda will be a discussion on the draft terms of reference (sent to members via email) and opportunities for visibility and awareness for the WA2012 Association.

Welcome to WA2012 (Web Accessibility 2012)
WA2012 is a newly formed informal association of people and businesses that have specific interest in the accessibility of government Websites. We are composed of strategic advisors, trainers, designers, developers, implementers, integrators, software companies and more.
